About The Founder
Thalia Salmon
Born in Jamaica, Thalia immigrated to the United States at a young age and grew up living between both countries. She has always had a passion for technology and business. Since the age of eleven, Thalia has launched various business ventures: sock brand, laptop stickers and a hair blog. She defines herself as a multi-talented entrepreneur, as she blends creativity with strategy in everything she does. Thalia is a proud alumna of Babson College, the world’s top-ranked institution for entrepreneurship, where she sharpened her skills in business innovation, leadership, and digital transformation.

In 2021 she returned to South Florida, a thriving hub for caribbeans, immigrants, and first-generation professionals. She soon realized that her knowledge and expertise would be very beneficial to her community and others. Thalia is deeply committed to serving communities that reflect her own roots. Raised with the belief that true success includes uplifting others, she built Mega3 Firm to do exactly that: empower small businesses, emerging entrepreneurs, and rising professionals with the tools and guidance needed to thrive in todays digital economy.
